Information and Opportunities from Healthwatch Ealing

Women with long-term conditions:

On behalf of NHS England, Healthwatch Ealing is currently conducting a research project to find out how women with multiple long-term health conditions, including a recent experience with their heart are being supported by Health and Social Care Services in the borough.

We are conducting a round of focus groups on the 2nd and 4th of March from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm with women who share similarities with the description above. People can sign up online here or they can contact us at

Attached is the project brief and the promotional poster for the focus groups. It would be greatly appreciated if you were able to circulate these to colleagues, professionals and members of the public and stick it up on any digital channels to ensure that we are reaching as many women as possible.

COVID-19: One Year On – March 24th 2021, 6pm

We aim for this webinar to be a discussion with local people and the community at large to reflect on the past year and how the pandemic has affected them in regard to their health and social care, this can include mental health, life as carer, maternity services etc.  It will be a chance to talk about what has changed, gone well or needs to be improved.  We will also be discussing people’s opinions on the COVID-19 vaccines.  This is open to people from all ages from the boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham.

The main focus is on community opinions, but we will also have representatives from the NHS and Public Health teams attending to answer any questions people may have.  Everyone can sign up online here or contact us via
